Check in is between 3-6pm

To check in early or past 6pm, please make prior arrangements to ensure that staff is there to greet you and complete key hand off. 

Check Out

Check out is at 11 am

For late check out, prior arrangement is needed and may not always be available.

Key must be returned and will result in a replacement fee is lost or damaged 

Adult Only

The Manor at 34 Main Bed and Breakfast is adult only. The main renter must be 25 and every guest must be 18 years old. 

Pets

Only service animals are allowed on property

ADA Compliance

Our property is a historic building from 1847 and does not meet all ADA compliance regulations. While not all bedrooms and bathrooms are wheelchair accessible, the house is wheelchair accessible and we have an elevator to access the second floor. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Dietary Restrictions

Ensure to make all dietary restrictions and allergies known to staff prior to check in. We will do our best to ensure that there are options available to you for breakfast.

House Rental

If you would like to rent the entire Bed and Breakfast for yourself and others, please reach out for pricing and availability. 

Cancelation Policy

All cancelations must be made 14 days in advance for a refund. 

As we are a small business, we cannot refund for any weather-related cancellations.

No-shows will result in charges for the entire reservation.

Non-Smoking Policy

Entire property is 100% smoke‑free, including porches and grounds. 

$250 cleaning fee applies for violations.
